Registration for the Advanced Research Workshop "Fundamentals of electronic nanosystems" is provided on-line together with  hotel reservation, services order and payments for the workshop.
Please pay your attention that it is possible to make the congress services orders one after another (not at once). After being registered you receive by e-mail, your personal login and password, using which you can return to your registration page any time.
Registration of accompanying person should be done on-line separately from the major participant registration.
Registration fee should be paid for accompanying person(s).
Other Workshop services (hotel accommodation, transfers, cultural program) should be ordered by the major participant.

Cancellation terms

If the participant would like to cancel his attendance at the the notification letter together with the request for the reimbursement of the registration fee should be send to the Workshop Secretariat in written form only by e-mail:  

In case of cancellation of registration is received before April 29, 2008 the reimbursement of the 100% of fee, deducting banking costs, will be made to the participant

In case of cancellation of registration is received before May 15, 2008 the reimbursement of the 80% of fee, deducting banking costs, will be made to the participant

In case of cancellation of registration received on May 29, 2008 or later the registration fee is not reimbursed to the participant

All refunds will be made within 2 weeks after the Workshop has been finished

Transportation services

At this web site you can arrange your arrival/departure transfers. In this case you will be met in the arrival zone of the airport or by your train car. Our driver can be recognized by board with the name of the Conference.

We offer western type sedan cars (Mercedes Benz W124). Cost of the transfer is   RUR 1600   per car (one way).

- All payments should be done from the personal on-line registration page of a participant. It is better to make all the payments for accompanying persons from the personal registration page of the main participant.

- Payments (registration fee, hotel accommodation or additional services payments) can be done either concurrently or step-by-step. In order to accomplish financial arrangements a participant should use his login and password to enter the personal "Payment" section.

- Please note we do not accept private and company cheques or Euro cheques.

The payments can be made in the following different ways:

1. Credit card payment (major credit cards are accepted: VISA (Classic only), EUROCARD/MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS).
If a participant chooses this way of payments arrangement, the Agreement of Payment Form appears automatically after clicking on this option. A participant should print it out, check the sum he/she’d wish to pay, fill in the form, put his signature and send it to the Congress Service Agency secure fax number: +7 (812) 335 2039.
On receiving the Agreement of Payment Form the Workshop Service Agency will charge the stated amount off the indicated credit card account and send an acknowledgement of the payment receiptback to participant.

2. Payment by Bank transfer
If the payment by bank transfer is chosen by a participant, the invoice amounting to the total sum for the chosen services is created automatically by clicking on the correspondent button. It is also possible to choose the currency of the invoice (EURO or USD). A participant should print out the Invoice and instruct his/her bank or accounts department to remit the money.

3. Internet payment
To support payments through Internet Monomax Meetings&Incentives cooperates with Assist - the secure Internet payment system. Assist e-payment system uses SSL-connection, making on-line purchasing safe. If an Internet payment option is chosen a participant must simply follow the steps as in instruction.
